Shoot more |
|
|
Due to the high drain
of TFTs and optics, the use of rechargeabe NiMH batteries (1300
mAh and above) with all the advanced models is strongly recommended.
We also recommend Lithium
Energizer L91 batteries designed especially for digital cameras
– you will score incredible results.
Switch off the TFT display and use the optic viewfinder to extend the battery life. |

You can
choose between Auto Flash, Auto Flash with red-eye reduction,
Fill Flash and No Flash modes.
Automatic Flashlight mode is most suitable while shooting indoors. |

File number |
|
| Your pictures
are automatically numbered by the camera. You may choose whether
to start counting from 0001 again after emptying your memory,
or to resume from the last number, e.g. 0101, 0102, etc. In SET
mode you have to switch off the Reset Number function and confirm
your choice in Save Settings menu – this will let you download
the photos to the same folder. |

Night Shot |
|
This mode in Shooting menu
lets you take better pictures in dark conditions. You can also
take Night Portraits in this mode with the flash switched on so
that you have pictures where objects in front and in the background
are equally well distinguishable.
The camera should be kept immovable (fixed on a parked car or
a tripod). For better results use the Selftimer. |

CompactFlash cards |
|
Proper operation is sometimes affected by the response speed and quality of the CompactFlash and SD/MMC cards; Daisy Multimedia recommends cards from the following brands: Dane-Elec, Toshiba, Infenion, Twinmos.
DM products works very well with other brands too, but sometimes problems may occur withnon-branded or low-quality cards. |
