Unable to recognize the device under Windows XP.
A1. In device manager ->USB controllers ->USB root hub->power
management unselect the option that allows windows automatically
to turn off the device. If you have more than one root hub you
have to unselect the above mentioned option for that hub on which
you will connect the device (Diva player, MusicPen or PhotoClip)

Q2. Unable to make web conference using yahoo
messenger.
A2. Yahoo messenger supports a resolution of 160x120 pixels. PhotoClip
6000 has a resolution of 320x240 pixels. That's why it is not
possible to make web conference. Please use other software like
MS NetMeeting.
Q3. Can't run VideoClip
made by PhotoClip or No proper codec found.
A3. The used codec is standard MJPEG, which is included
in DirectX 8.1 and later. DirectX can be found on "Instalaltion
CD" or on http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx
Q4. Why the internal memory of the
device is seen less than the actual capacity in Windows Explorer
A4.The capacity of your device is reported using the decimal
numbering system (1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes and 1 GB = 1,000,000,000
bytes). Both Windows and Macintosh operating systems use the binary
numbering system, which results in a lower reported capacity.
Thus even 40GB in Windows are shown as 37.25 GB!
